Melbourne S. Dorr

Mel is a graduate of Brown University. A pilot since 1950, he has accumulated more than 13,000 flying hours. He is a former Air Force captain, a past president of the Massachusetts Aviation Trades Association, a former director of The Framingham Trust Company, and is president-emeritus of the oldest aero club in America, The Aero Club of New England. Mel currently flies a Cessna 180 off his 650-foot private airstrip and also flies his Beech F-33A between Daytona Beach and Marlboro on a regular basis.

Robert H. Howe

Bob has been with Dorr Aviation for over 20 years. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin. Bob is a private pilot, a member of The Aero Club of New England, a board member of the Marlboro Airport, and a supporter of AOPA.

Brian Bourett

Brian is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He joined Dorr in 1997. He is currently building time toward his private pilot’s license.

Jason Caterino

Jason graduated from the University of Montana in 1998 with a degree in finance. He has been with Dorr Aviation since December 2002 and has four years of  banking experience in both commercial and aircraft financing. 

Tara Fallon

Tara has been employed with Dorr Aviation since November 2001. Before coming to Dorr, she was employed as a Staffing Representative with Fidelity Investments. Tara graduated in 1998 from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a degree in psychology.

Art comes to Dorr Aviation with many years of aircraft financing experience.  He has worked for numerous Lending Institutions as well as several aircraft credit corporations.  Art has been a private pilot and aircraft owner since 1974.

Lisa Dorr
Auditor/Bookkeeper

Lisa comes to Dorr Aviation after 10 years as Director of Shipping at a regional machine tool shop. She is a student pilot, and a part-time nurse at two local hospitals.

Patrick Fallon

Pat came on board in August of 2006.  Growing up, Pat had some experience in flying single engine planes with a childhood friend who is currently a Piper owner.  Pat comes to Dorr Aviation with a degree in Psychology from Worcester State College.

Adam Watkins

Adam graduated from Framingham State College in May 2007, receiving his degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications.  Prior to arriving at Dorr Aviation in July 2007, Adam had an internship at the Metro West Economic Research Center and worked part time for Fidelity Investments as a Customer Service Representative.

Jennifer Mancini

Jenn comes to Dorr with ten years of experience at Commerce Insurance.  While at Commerce, Jenn was a Mortgage Processor as well as having experience working in their Tax Department.  She graduated with Honors from Nichols College in 2007.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in IT, Finance and Marketing.

Sherry is a graduate of Hesser College, where she received her associate's degree in business science. She joined Dorr Aviation in October 2002.

Diane Kimball

Diane is our newest addition to the Dorr Aviation team.  Her career includes over 18 years in a variety of administrative support and customer service capacities.  She recently moved to Massachusetts from New Hampshire where she worked as a Member Services Representative for the NH Association of Realtors.
