Our rates are fixed simple interest with no prepayment penalties. The terms for non-commercial use aircraft loans are as long as 20 years with NO BALLOONS for loans under $3.5 million. For aircraft loans over $3.5 million, please call our office. Our title fee, which includes all the title work and an escrow closing, starts at a low of $375, with a high of $1,500 for loans over $1 million. There are additional costs if your purchase requires registration with the International Registry. There are no points or any hidden costs.
